However, in the event the product is damaged during shipping you may return your unused product for a full refund of your purchase price if returned within 7 days. If you need to return an item, send us an email to our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
